Chicken Fillet is a boneless cut that is usually the chest of chickens. Sliced in small pieces or bite size, soaked in flour with seasonings, eggs and bread crumbs. It is best dipped in catsup or you can mix garlic and mayonnaise for a flavorful taste. It is usually serve during family gathering, birthday parties enjoyed by kids and also adults.Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast
- 200 gms all purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 beaten eggs
- Chili powder( if you want spicy)
- 1 small pack of bread crumbs
For the sauce/dip:
- 4 tbsp all purpose cream
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 clove chopped garlic
- Pinch of salt
How to make Fried Chicken Fillet Recipe:
- In the first container mix the all purpose flour, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, and chili powder.
- In another container, put the beaten eggs.
- In the 3rd container, put the bread crumbs.
- Soak the chicken in the first container, second and the third container.
- Fried the chicken strips in low fire.
- Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
